The Inspiration Station: Nearer Than You Think
I love to start my days with reading the Bible. It always reminds me why I am here, and to give glory to Jesus for all he does and the many blessings and people in my life . I am sharing an email I received today, as it truly touched me and I hope it will bless & touch you today as you are very welcome here, visiting the Inspiration Station with me, Rhon
I am nearer than you think, richly present in all your moments. You are connected to Me by Love-bonds that nothing can sever. However, you may sometimes feel alone, because your union with Me is invisible. Ask Me to open your eyes, so that you can find Me everywhere. The more aware you are of My Presence, the safer you feel. This is not some sort of escape from reality; it is tuning in to ultimate reality. I am far more Real than the world you can see, hear, and touch. Faith is the confirmation of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality, perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.
“God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’”

Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

Yes, God is NEAR… each & every day… to each of us! I also have daily devotions every morning and right above my head in the room where I have my Bible reading and prayers is a pretty plaque that states the verse in Hebrews 11:1 that you quoted above: “Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses]”.
This verse is very special to me as we are going through so much, not only in the USA, but in the world and it gives us hope, knowing that when we have faith, we can be sure that the Lord has a plan (that we can’t see) that will see us through. I’m so happy to know this and it helps me get through many days where I think if I hear one more scary thing about what is going on, I don’t think I can go on. It seems like there’s sooo little hope for our country. In a few years we could be like South Africa… but we must have faith our Lord will see us through. Thanks for letting us see that we don’t have to feel so helpless. God is NEAR!!
You are so right Judy you need to do whatever you can as you don’t want America to be like South Africa.
You are so right! I’m afraid that is exactly what will happen to us unless we pray every day and do all we can to see that we have a change in the present administration in November. It is so vital and can’t be stressed enough This is why Rhon and I are re-releasing our ‘Let’s Make America Great Again’ to worldwide Radio. More people need to be aware of what we must do make this happen.
