This is an email I received from my good friend Bill in Nashville:  For all of us who think that there are too many rules!…or maybe just like a chuckle. So……. he builds a giant table & chairs which don’t need permits. Gotta love it! That’s the thing about us Humans we will always make a plan no matter what the odds stacked against us are. Due to the sensitiveness of this situation I could not publish Bill’s full name (lol)
