 Beware of the ……Throughout the ages there have been many things to beware of.  Children were warned that if they didn’t behave the bogeyman would get them.  There are signs that say BEWARE OF THE DOG to warn intruders of ferocious dogs.  There is no sign however to make you aware of a CON ARTIST.  This person can be male or female and have one goal in mind and that is to swindle you out of your money and or possessions.  The general rule of thumb to follow is if it sounds too good to be true than it probably isn’t true.  When the Con Artist paints a glorious picture of what they are going to do for you and it just sounds a little too much to believe it is 99 times out of a hundred a scam.  They will tell you anything it takes to get you to agree to the deal.  Every day millions of people are defrauded out of their money by a Con Artist.  There is no sign hanging around their neck that says “Con Artist” and sometimes the person is so conniving that the wisest of men and women become vulnerable to their tactics.  If you say no because of that suspicion you have that says it doesn’t feel right, then don’t worry.  If the deal was legit another one will be offered to you to take its place.  Always remember if it sounds too good to be true then more than likely it isn’t true.
