INSPIRATION goes hand in hand with FAITH

….. Drawing from the knowledge that when I weep, God weeps with me.
…..Trusting that God is doing His work, in me when I feel inwardly cold, hollow, lifeless, deserted, and I long for reassuring feelings.
….. The handle by which I take God’s promises and apply them to my particular problems.
…..Confidence in God when money is running out, not rolling in.
…..Feel inspiration and know that it is coming from God.
…..Chose to follow a dream by giving it over to God.
…..Confidence that God is acting for my highest good
when he answers “NO” to my prayers.
…..Staying inspired on a project when it is not going well, but
trusting in God he will bring it all together at HIS timing
not mine.
I have always felt our loving God has a “sense of humor” and
felt others would enjoy the below:
NO EXCUSE SUNDAY

To make it possible for everyone to attend church next Sunday, we are going to have a special “No Excuse Sunday”
Cots will be placed in the foyer for those who say “Sunday is my only day to sleep in”. There will ber a special section with lounge chairs for those who feel that our peers are too hard. Eyedrops will be available for those with tired eyes from watching TV late Saturday night. We will have steel helmets for those who say, “The roof would cave in if I ever came to church”. Blankets will be furnished for those who think the church is too cold and fans for those who say it is too hot. Scorecards will be available for those who wish to list who will be in attendance for those who can’t go to church and cook dinner, too. We will supply blanket on the lawn after service with picnic lunch. We will distribute “Stamp Out Stewardship” buttons for those who feel that the church is always asking for money. One section will be devoted to trees and grass who like to seek God in nature. Doctors and nurses will be in attendance for those who plan to be sick on Sunday. The sanctuary will be decorated with both Christmas poinsettias and Easter lilies for those who never have seen the church without them. We will provide hearing aids for those who can’t hear the preacher and cotton for those who can.
Now my question to you readers is:
WHAT EXCUSE DO YOU HAVE FOR NOT BEING INSPIRED????
GOD has given you lots to be thankful for and YOU can achieve what you want…pray and believe… Life is beautiful, look for the sun, not the clouds ! ….Rhon
