Historic flooding occurred in Middle Tennessee the first weekend of May, 2010. Two consecutive days of record breaking daily rainfall totals caused creeks, streams and the Cumberland river to overflow banks. Estimates are in the multi-billions of dollars in damages. Nashville institutions such as the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, Country Music Hall of Fame have been affected, not to mention the many neighborhoods where residents would never have expected flooding. The footage was shot Tuesday, May 4th, one day after the Cumberland crested. Canon 5d2 cameras and Canon L lenses.
