TODAY is world cancer day… I’d appreciate it if you would forward this request. 93% won’t forward.  A small request and it’s just one line.

AN ANGEL STANDING BY:  Let’s give thanks to our heavenly Father for our angel standing by, Cause it’s so wonderful to have someone who rushes to dry each tear we cry. Just a precious guardian angel designed especially to be right by our side, Uplifting when we’re low and lonely and comforting us with arms outstretched so wide. Our angel realizes that we’re human and protects us when we’re weak and oft in need, That’s why it’s so nice to have an angel doing many kindly deeds. Delivering messages of love in a tender, heartfelt way Angels are special and glorious brightening our day. Thought for 11-21-12 and Prayer Line

I ask you to keep in your thoughts and prayer lines Jean Shepard. Jean has flu like health problems and after speaking with her last evening, she sounded as if she had pneumonia, so please keep her in your prayers and prayer lines.

Today is also Jean Shepard’s birthday, her anniversary with hubby Benny, and her anniversary as being the longest continuous member of the Grand Ole Opry, and not to forget she is also a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. (I just spoke to Jean a few minutes ago and she sounds much better than she did last night, and she asked me to thank all of you for your constant prayers and prayer lines.) Prayer are asked for Jimmy and Lorraine Smart going through health issues. They do need our prayers.

Continuous prayers for our friend T.G. Sheppard and also birthday wishes go out to T.G. on his birthday also. He is doing great with his recovery, and I know that our prayers are being heard.

Grand Ole Opry legend, Stonewall Jackson is home and doing great with his recovery from back surgery. Keep Stonewall also in your prayers.

ON ANGEL WINGS

On angel wings, my prayers ascend beyond the darkest night Transformed by the radiance of Heaven’s golden light. Beyond the moon and countless stars, the smallest prayers are heard, And in time, each one is answered according to His word. On angel wings, the answers come in unexpected ways, Bearing fruit in human hearts through works and deeds and praise. Thought for Thanksgiving Day 11-22-12

Thank you, Father, for having created us and given us to each other in the human family. Thank you for being with us in all our joys and sorrows, for your comfort in our sadness, your companionship in our loneliness. Thank you for yesterday, today, tomorrow and for the whole of our lives. Thank you for friends, for health and for grace.  May we live this and every day conscious of all that has been given to us.

I ALSO ASK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER TO BRING PEACE AND HARMONY TO OUR WORLD IN THIS TIME OF FIGHTING BETWEEN PEOPLE. WE SURELY NEED YOUR GUIDANCE.

BEYOND THE CLOUDS

My precious Saviour, tho my cares come tumbling, crashing down, I know that when I take Thy hand, bright sunlight shines around. For Thou my Saviour, who are God, with Whom I’m yet in touch, Oh, how can I explain Thy love, which brought me through so much? For even tho the clouds be dense and stormy be the sea, I know that Thou canst still my soul, who silenced Galilee. Thus, tho the clouds grow very dense and cares seem not to cease, I know my Savior, only Thee, canst give to me Thy peace. For how can I explain Thy love, which went to utmost length, Whom, tho I’m weak and weary worn, canst give to me Thy strength. And when I grow so very tired that I can walk no more, You carry me within Thine arms Thou Christ, Whom I adore. For when You carry me my Lord, by Whom the world was planned, Along the shore can only see, Thy footprints in the sand.
