Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are cleaning house and moving on.

The couple have already announced they planned to spend more time in Nashville, but it looks like they’ll be spending less time at the beach as well.

The couple finally put their Malibu home on the market for a bargain price of $7.5 million.

The 4,200 square foot home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, beach access, a spacious gourmet kitchen, open and airy beach living areas and tennis courts.
