R.O.P.E: Bill Anderson Scholarship Is Awarded To..
The 2012 Bill Anderson Scholarship has been awarded to Summer Ducket, who is a graduate of Commerce High School in Commerce, GA—which Anderson claims as his “adopted” hometown. Presentation took place in the newly-built Bill Anderson Performing Arts Theater. Miss Ducket will be attending Georgia State University, where she plans to major in performing arts.
