The former wife of Elvis Presley, Priscilla Presley, probably knew a lot about him. The reason for this is that they were both very young when they met. Their first meeting took place at the age of 14. At this time and stage of their lives, they were also courting each other. Her marriage to Presley took place when she was 21 years old. They were married from 1967 to 1973 and remained friends after they divorced. Priscilla talked so highly of “The King”. It is said that she thought of Elvis as an amazing, generous, loyal and caring person. Priscilla also remarked that she knew of no one person who did not like Elvis Presley. There is no doubt that even though it’s been almost 70 years since “Jailhouse Rock” was Number One Planet Earth  Elvis Presley the superstar is still loved by everyone despite his passing August 17,1977 at the age of 42.
