I have two friends who are having health issues that I am asking you to add to your thoughts, prayers, and our prayer lines. My friend, Richard Kennedy is needing our prayers so that the Blessed Lord will watch over him and give him a speedy and complete recovery.

Jerri Mott has been one of my dearest friends for many, many years.  She will be having surgery tomorrow that I know will be successful and I ask you to keep her in your prayers.  Also her husband Clarence as he gives her the support that he has always given.  I love them both.

Please ask our Blessed Savior to guide the surgeon’s hands to a successful surgery with complete recovery for both Jerri and Richard. 

Finally I ask you to keep me in your thoughts and prayers that the procedure I will have done tomorrow in the morning will show no signs of problems.  I always dislike asking for your prayers, but I am not afraid to ask, I just know that there are others more in need.  Thank you.

Almighty God, thank you for the work my hand may find this day.  May I find gladness in all its toil and difficulty, Its pleasure and success, and even in its failure and sorrow. I would look always away from myself, and behold the glory And the need of the world, that I may have the will  And the strength to bring the gift of gladness to others; That with them I stand to bear the burden and heat of the day And offer you my work, as well as I may accomplish it, as praise.
