.WHISNews21 Prayer Line and thoughts for Tuesday APRIL 09, By Marty Martel.

The world has been saddened by two great losses.  Please keep in your thoughts and prayers the family of Britain’s Margaret Thatcher who passed away at the age of 87.

Also your thoughts and prayers for the family of Annette Funicello who passed away at the age of 70.  Annette began her career on “The Mickey Mouse Club.”

Both of these ladies were important in the growing pains of each of countries.

MAY THE SOULS OF ANNETTE FUNICELLO AND MS. MARGARET THATCHER REST IN THE LOVING AND PEACEFUL ARMS OF OUR BLESSED SAVIOR. WE ARE A BETTER WORLD BECAUSE OF THEIR LIFE ON THIS EARTH.

Thanks to Terry Counts for updating me on our friend Ray Emmett who is rehabbing in the hospital and hopes to go home this Friday, so please keep Ray in your thoughts and prayers.

Also, Joe West and John A. Hobbs have rcvd great reports from their doctors, and they thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

GOD’S LEGACY: In  Nature we can see God’s hand, for He created all. From great majestic mountain peaks to pebbles plain and small. God etched the glacial polar realms of ice and virgin snow; Cast tropic isles in oceans, with bright coral reefs below. God made rain forests and the wealth of plants and creatures rare That call such places home, because our God has put them there. In stately stands of northern trees, in prairies, rivers, streams, We see the miracles of God beyond man’s wildest dreams. God fashioned everything on earth, bird, beast, the fish in the seas, And far beyond, in outer space created galaxies. He counts the number of the stars, the planets are His own, And He has given us our world but it is just on loan. Each season of the year reveals God’s legacy to man, And if we are about His work we must do all we can. To care for what He’s given us, to nurture, not destroy, Respecting life in all its forms;  not pillage, but enjoy – Alice J. Christianson
