Frans Maritz (Wildhorse Entertainment) signed the official certificate placing Kerr Donnelly Band into this prestigious organization located in South Africa. Kerr Donnelly Band has the distinct honor of being inducted into the IDSS Hall of Fame for his life-time contribution to the Independent Music Industry as a Recording Artists. Known for the country rock sound, the Kerr Donnelly Band is an established British Country Rock band whose music encompasses elements of country music, rockabilly, rock n roll, blues, and ballads. The “KERR DONNELLY BAND” has been in business for 37 years writing and recording original country and rock-n-roll music.

In terms of the band’s line-up one can find Kerr Donnelly on vocals and vocal guitar, Marty Holland on lead guitar, Andy Purcell on drums and percussion, and Lee Beddow on bass, lead guitar, keyboards.

The band released its 39th album “Sixty” in May this year in honor of Kerr’s 60th Birthday. As well as making their way into movie soundtracks and television shows, several of the band’s songs have become hit songs on music and download sites all over the world. With nearly two hundred number one songs on Soundclick and AirplayExpress in their thirty seven years of recording, the band has achieved success on nearly every level of the music industry.
