Neela Chakori Nilsson: New changes today. Neela’s diuretics are being weaned today and they are changing her to a higher calorie food to help with weight gain. She has finally broken 9 pounds! Her parents are pretty excited and hope it just keeps going because the doctors are giving her this week to see how she does. If she can’t get her feedings better they are going to consult for the g tube. Her mama and daddy really don’t want that to happen so just keep praying Neela grows. The doctors are also concerned that her head and brain are not growing because she is not getting the calories she needs. It’s another big week of hard work! Thank you for praying – Joann Tallman
