Marty, You don’t need to speed up yet just take your time and recover we will still be here when you are 100% again – Frans and all your friends, I wanted to mention all your friends but the Internet is too small to add them all, besides if I did try I may have crashed the internet (lol)

My God, every day I praise you, my voice blending with the prayer of every generation. You are good and merciful, slow to anger and of great kindness. The Lord is faithful in all his words and holy in all his works. The Lord lifts up all who are falling and raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look hopefully to you, and you give them their food in due season; You open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing. Psalm 145
