It is late in the afternoon and I have been out of the office most of the day for appointments and junk stuff, but I do not want to miss sending out my Thought for the Day and Prayer Line.  Forgive me for being so late.  God Bless Each of You and have a great evening.
I recently requested prayers for Leona Bowen, wife of friend Ross.  Today I received this update from Ross. Your continued prayers are requested.Bill
Danny Moran – Alternative School teacher for Humphreys County: He has Diabetes 2, is losing his left leg and may have to have it taken off at knee. He has asked for prayer.
2 – Nelda and daughter Cassidy: Cassidy just lost a baby in her 5th month of pregnancy. Nelda is Mom’s CNA at Perry County Nursing Home. From: Carol Lee Cooper Date: 9/3/2013 10:42:38 PM
Dear Prayer Warriors,
1.   Please pray for a dear lady who just found out today that he son was found dead this morning. Her name is Linda Tweedy & she is just devastated. She lost her husband not long ago and has & went through cancer treatment. She is really hurting. Please pray for her.
2.   Also please pray for the daughter of a dear friend whose name is Staci. She tried to kill herself and her 12 year old son is the one who found her. He needs your prayers as well as his Mom. Please pray that this will not have a lasting effect on his life. He’s already blaming himself which often happens.
3.   We have just found out that Jerry’s sister’s husband Don has been diagnosed with bone cancer.  I ask that the prayer warriors pray for him & Genie that they will get through this in whatever way God wants them to.
