Please continue to keep in your prayers Jeanette Scott who is on the Board of Directors of our R.O.P.E. organization.  She is going thru some health issues and our prayer lines are needed for her.  She has asked me to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayer as she knows that they are being heard.

Also I ask your prayers for my lady Julie.  Yesterday was a sad day for her.  With the advice of the veterinarian, she had to put one of her horses to sleep due to medical problems.  His name was Skip and he was very close to Julie.  Julie is head of the Equine Program at Currey Ingram Private School.  She is going through the sadness as I did when I had to make the decision to put my special friend Nina to sleep.  As we all know, it is not an easy thing for us to do and it weighs heavy on our minds when we have to make a decision to say goodbye to one of our animal friends, especially when they are so much a part of our lives.  Julie loves her animals and she is having a difficult time accepting the loss of Skip.  Please ask for prayers that the Good Lord will guide her through this sad time.  Thank you.

But we can be the victors, our faith can take us through To soaring heights of victory He’s prepared for me and you. So, friend of God, do not despair when valleys you must face; Remember that He’s with you and we’re saved by His grace. Someday all trials will vanish, never more to us appear, If we’ll believe His promises and to His Word adhere. We’ll live with him in glory in mansions built for us, His blessing to enjoy if we in Him will trust – Helen Gleason
