This Weeks Top 20 See’s Lamon Records Recording Star

“Buddy Jewell“

Top the AirplayExpress chart for the second week with his #1 Hit

“Smokie Mountain Memories“

First #1 song for Buddy Jewell on AirplayExpress

The number two spot this week is from Lenny Wilde who moves up into the #2 position with his his huge hit, “Wasted Youth” This is also the first time Lenny features in the AirplayExpress Top 3 and seems a firm favorite with the DJ’s who have taken to the “Lenny Wilde” sound. It is also to be noted that since Lamon Records have been sending out their artists songs on AirplayExpress almost every one of their artists have made it into the Top 10.

Happy to see Jim Ed holding on to the #3 position this week again on AirplayExpress. Personally I am happy as we met Jim backstage at the Opry just a few months before he passed away and had a wonderful chat with him, the memory of that will stay with Cathy and myself forever and that is also why we are happy that Jim Ed’s, “In Style Again” seems to be stuck in the the Top 3, it is a great song and we were so fortunate that the night we were backstage at the Opry he sung it live with so much emotion and it is such a pity, that would be the last time we would talk to him or hear him sing live again, Jim Ed Brown a Country Legend. AirplayExpress wants to thank Allen Karl for having the initiative to put Jim Ed in the studio one last time and record this great number, for if Allen didn’t, we would not have had the pleasure of Jim Ed on this Top 20. “In Style Again” our #3 this week.

"eddailey06s"From all the Independent Artists, Wildhorse Entertainment, WHISNews21 and AirplayExpress we cannot be more pleased to have International Disc Jockey Ed Dailey counting down. Ed makes out chart sound as good as the “American Top 40 chart” Well with Ed Dailey formerly back in the saddle and running down the AirplayExpress Top 20 it is not surprising that more and more radio stations are picking up the weekly chart show and airing it on their networks worldwide. The downloads of the AE Top20 is on fire every week and has forced us to increase our webspace to accommodate the high demand for downloads on the AirplayExpress Top 20.

"AirplayExpressRadioWorld002"Well after reading the above, the good news for the AirplayExpress Chart show is that radio stations are downloading the radio show and airing on their radio stations worldwide.
