Yesterday<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Prayers for Gene Ward.\u00a0 Gene is our legal attorney for R.O.P.E. and recently had back surgery, but is doing fine, and continued prayers would good.\u00a0 Jeannie Seely, his wife needs prayers also.\u00a0 She said he is a tough man to keep down from doing what he wants to do, but has finally come to the conclusion that he must take his time in healing for a speedy recovery.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Prayer for Unity Among Christians<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, our only Savior, the Prince of Peace,<\/b><\/p>\n

I have tried to read your Bible and find your Word and your will for me, and to study it.<\/b><\/p>\n

But I think so many thoughts about it, and then I start to think I know something,<\/b><\/p>\n

And then I see another church or hear a pastor or read something, and I think,<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThat person is wrong\u201d. Or the pastor of my church or a Bible teacher will tell me one thing, And then somebody else will tell me something completely different.<\/b><\/p>\n

Please, dear God, help me and every person who confesses Christ as his Lord and Savior,<\/b><\/p>\n

Not think that they know everything and get into arguments with each other.<\/b><\/p>\n

Let us always remember that it is not other Christians who are our enemies,<\/b><\/p>\n

Just because they think something different, or baptize people differently,<\/b><\/p>\n

Or have different ideas about sacraments or church leadership<\/b><\/p>\n

Or whatever foolish doctrine we might fight about. Let us always remember<\/b><\/p>\n

That there was one Christ, one baptism for the forgiveness of sins, and one church.<\/b><\/p>\n

Heal any and all divisions between Christians, Holy God.<\/b><\/p>\n

And let me be part of the solution and not part of the problem, I pray.<\/b><\/p>\n

Let me put first your command, that we bear with one another in love,<\/b><\/p>\n

Eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.<\/b><\/p>\n

Let me not be made angry or self-righteous by doctrine, but remember always<\/b><\/p>\n

Who our true enemy is and direct my efforts to the defeat of atheism<\/b><\/p>\n

And the death that comes from living in the flesh.<\/b><\/p>\n

In the name of Christ, hear my prayer.<\/b><\/p>\n

Amen<\/b><\/p>\n

Today<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

What a beautiful day it is. Hard to know what to do on a great day like this.\u00a0 So many things I could do, so I will just have to choose one, and hope you do the same.\u00a0 Have a great sunny, warm, and beautiful day. God has Blessed Us with this day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lord, because you have made me, I owe you the whole of my love; <\/b><\/p>\n

Because you have redeemed me, I owe you the whole of myself;<\/b><\/p>\n

Because you have promised so much, I owe you my whole being.<\/b><\/p>\n

I pray you, Lord, make me taste by love what I taste by knowledge; <\/b><\/p>\n

let me know by love what I know by understanding. <\/b><\/p>\n

I owe you more than my whole self, but I have no more, <\/b><\/p>\n

And by myself I cannot render the whole of it to you. <\/b><\/p>\n

Draw me to you, Lord, in the fullness of your love. <\/b><\/p>\n

I am wholly yours by creation; make me all yours, too, in love.<\/b><\/p>\n

Amen<\/b><\/p>\n
