The singer was singing \u2018Undo It\u2019 when she fell to the ground, injuring her left foot. \u201cI can\u2019t move my toes. Unfortunately, Underwood won\u2019t have much time to rest up. Friday, she\u2019s playing Hidalgo, Texas before a week off.
