Thought I’d send you a quick update on my surgery.\u00a0 It went really well. I was\u00a0in very little pain and\u00a0was discharged with pain pills.\u00a0 Have just taken one and\u00a0am in no pain at all now. It’s amazing how quick they do this type surgery!<\/p>\n

The doctor took out two lymph nodes (along with the cancerous part) to check\u00a0them for cancer.\u00a0 He’ll be letting me know the results of the lab work on Friday.\u00a0I have an appointment to see him next Wednesday.\u00a0 I have two incisions.<\/p>\n

Everyone was\u00a0so nice to me at the hospital. That makes it easier too.\u00a0 I need to\u00a0do some special exercises and so far have no meds.. except for pain, which I\u00a0don’t think I’ll be using for too long.\u00a0 After the report is in Friday.. probably will\u00a0have some meds to take.<\/p>\n

Thanks to all of you who’ve been praying…\u00a0 the prayers worked; that’s why I had\u00a0such an easy time there. .. and I have faith all will go well\u00a0with the tests also. I’m\u00a0very grateful to y’all!!!<\/p>\n
