\"312px-Braille_closeup\"Americans with Disability act<\/strong>: A gentleman who has been blind since birth recently placed a story on FACEBOOK that I have to share with you.\u00a0 His wife and he recently stayed at a major motel chain.<\/p>\n

Since the Americans with Disability act requires Braille signage on all rooms, he seldom if ever gets lost walking from the lobby back to his room.<\/p>\n

As most of you know there is Braille signage on elevators also.\u00a0 However did you know there is Braille signage at drive thru ATM\u2019s?\u00a0\u00a0 This particular motel they stayed at much to his dismay had all of the room numbers posted incorrectly.<\/p>\n

Now bear in mind the Americans with Disability Act does not require the Braille signs are accurate.\u00a0 It only requires that the signage is there.\u00a0 My concern is after hearing about this how many other facilities have posted Braille signage that is wrong.<\/p>\n

The Men\u2019s room and Ladies room are a couple that comes to mind.\u00a0 How about hazard or radioactive zones in hospitals?<\/p>\n

Likileaks have become so popular on WHISNews21 that they have in collaboration with Keith Bradford of the Nashville Broadcasting Radio Network, created short 10 minute radio programs divulging Likileaks to the public. This show is now in syndication to Internet Radio Stations, AM and FM terrestial radio stations, as well as College Radio stations.
