<\/h3>\n<\/h3>\nThe happiness in the Picture above will never be seen again, destroyed in\u00a0a moment by evil-minded people<\/strong><\/p>\n Johannesburg – The anxiety a Ventersdorp\u00a0woman experienced after her husband died near her while she was assaulted and raped brought her on the verge of a heart attack, Beeld reported on Saturday.<\/p>\n Corra\u00a0and Johan Stiglingh\u00a0were attacked on their farm outside Ventersdorp on Sunday.<\/p>\n Two men confronted Johan, 67, outside his house on the on the farm Sterkstroom.<\/p>\n They hit him over the head and dragged him into the house. They found Corra, 64, and assaulted and raped her.<\/p>\n They tied her up and fled with two cellphones. She managed to free herself and found help on a neighbouring farm.<\/p>\n Johan died on the scene.<\/p>\n In ICU<\/b><\/p>\n Corra’s\u00a0daughter Heleen\u00a0Vosloo\u00a0told Beeld\u00a0her mother, who was now staying with family in Klerksdorp, started complaining about pain in her chest and arm on Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n She was short of breath and throwing up all day.<\/p>\n “The ambulance came to fetch her and took her back to the Wilmed\u00a0Hospital,” Vosloo was quoted as saying.<\/p>\n “She is now in the intensive care unit and expected to stay the weekend.”<\/p>\n Doctors managed to get to Corra in time but wanted to keep her in hospital under observation.<\/p>\n Vosloo\u00a0said her mother was calm on Friday afternoon but very depressed.<\/p>\n The anxiety was beginning to set in and her mood fluctuated.<\/p>\n “This is why she is so sick,” Vosloo told the newspaper.<\/p>\n Two men have been arrested for the attack.<\/p>\n The two accused appeared in the Ventersdorp Magistrate’s Court on Friday.<\/p>\n The bail application was postponed till next week.<\/p>\n – SAPA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The happiness in the Picture above will never be seen again, destroyed in\u00a0a moment by evil-minded people Johannesburg – The anxiety a Ventersdorp\u00a0woman experienced after her husband died near her while she was assaulted and raped brought her on the verge of a heart attack, Beeld reported on Saturday.
