A WOMAN’S POEM\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

He didn’t like the casserole<\/p>\n

And he didn’t like my cake.<\/p>\n

He said my biscuits were too hard…<\/p>\n

Not like his mother used to make.<\/p>\n

I didn’t perk the coffee right<\/p>\n

He didn’t like the stew,<\/p>\n

I didn’t mend his socks<\/p>\n

The way his mother used to do.<\/p>\n

I pondered for an answer<\/p>\n

I was looking for a clue.<\/p>\n

Then I turned around and smacked the sh*t out of him…<\/p>\n

Just like his mother used to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n
