Shania Twain to appear in mobile game Home Street

Shania Twain to appear in mobile game Home Street after Universal deal

Shania Twain will feature within mobile game Home Street, following a deal between the Canadian country pop star, London based games firm Supersolid, and Universal Music Group Nashville. The announcement coincides with the launch of Twain’s new studio album Now, which topped the album charts in the US, Canada, UK and Australia upon release last month.

Home Street is described as a home decoration and character simulation game, and launched in October on Apple and Android mobile platforms. Two music videos from Now will play on a special billboard within the title, and themed in-game items will be available for purchase. Twain will also participate in an in-game Q&A during November.

“Shania Twain is an incredibly exciting guest star to launch our first partnership with.” Ed Chin, Supersolid

Ed Chin, CEO of Supersolid said, “Shania Twain is an incredibly exciting guest star to launch our first partnership with. Her long list of awards and achievements reflect her extraordinary success and popularity across all countries and cultures globally. “We are sure this will only continue to grow with her brilliant new album Now and are delighted to have her as a part of our Home Street community.” Founded by Kenneth Fejer, Michelle Chuang, Tommy Chuang and Ed Chin, Supersolid is a mobile games studio based in Central London. It’s portfolio includes Super Penguins, Adventure Town and Food Street.

Is The CMA Now doing and NFL Thing?

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley slam Trump at CMA’s

‘Maybe next time he’ll think before he tweets!’

Well, well, well, has the sense of right and wrong just been lost to Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley as they join the liberal world trying their best to score points by slamming the only person in America protecting their Christianity, President Trump. Were they even thinking before they slammed President Trump in their one sided call for unity among the Liberals while insulting the Conservatives.  All they have now done is divided the Country Music fan base even more.

If Carrie was such a Christian as she proclaims to be then she should act like a Christian and stop trying to flash as much skin as she possible can and perhaps add a little more Country to her Pop Country songs. As for Brad Paisley I think he also just goes with the flow these days. It seems the new generation Country Stars are all on a quest to become pop stars.

There is enough turmoil in the world right now and thanks to Carrie and Brad’s uncalled for and un Christian attack on the President of America there is now even more division in the name of their opinion of unity. If this will affect the careers of these two artists, probably not as most people want Country to liberalize, while the good people sit back and do nothing again, or will they?

Devotional: Speak Up!

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time

to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, Ecclesiastes 3:1, 7

The Bible has a lot to say about not criticizing and passing judgment. But there are times when silence isn’t ‘golden’, it’s deadly. For example: 1) Silence is deadly when you use it as a passive, retaliatory means of expressing your anger or displeasure. That’s called ‘emotional manipulation’. Jesus said, ‘If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother’ (Matthew 18:15).

Jesus is recommending pretty assertive behavior by commanding us to take the initiative in addressing the ‘trespasses’. Trespassing is the unauthorized crossing of a boundary, and many times we feel like we’ve been trespassed against or wronged. However, rather than addressing the issue directly with the offender, we resort to sulking and pouting. Jesus says, ‘Don’t do that!’.

Your lack of communication can leave the wrongdoer unaware of their behavior and make them more likely to repeat it. 2) Silence is deadly when you fail to defend someone against unwarranted criticism or vicious rumors. Don’t let fear of alienation and rejection cause you to let slander and character assassination go unchallenged, especially when you’re aware of facts to the contrary. 3) Silence is deadly when it results in your making an undesirable decision by default. The fact is, silence can indicate consent. Prayer was taken out of public schools in the United States because the majority stayed silent instead of speaking up. Scripture says, ‘There is…a time to be silent and a time to speak.’

So have the courage of your convictions and speak up!
