Rhonnie Scheuerman’s Inspiration Station For All In Need This Morning
“God Is Real” Author: Judy Kaden
“I’ve been cramming, everything we own into boxes for weeks , and I was just about at my wit’s end. When my job relocated me to Georgia, I accepted it as God’s will….but it didn’t mean I liked it. “As my nine year old son began sorting through his things, I noticed a huge collection of Happy Mel toys in the “throw away pile’. He’d outgrown most of them, but for some reason It just So didn’t feel right to just trash them . So I just put them in a trash bag, and tossed them in the corner to deal with later.”That afternoon, I glanced out the window and saw my new neighbor coming home with a little boy. Suddenly I knew exactly what to do with plastic toys.
“As I grabbed the bag and walked toward their door, it was as if a strong wind had my back . I knocked and when she answered and looked at the garage sack, I felt slightly foolish. “We have a bunch of Happy Meals toys, “I muttered, I thought your boy may like to have them.””Her eyes glistened with tears as she took the bag. “I’m his aunt and just prayed that Jay could have some kind of special memory of his mother who recently passed away,” she uttered . Every Wednesday she took him to McDonald’s. These will mean so much to us both. How can I possibly thank you”
In that moment,
all my frustration about moving lifted from my heart I hugged her and whispered,
not me you need to thank, this was all God!”
