Dolly Parton is getting hitched again…to the same guy. Dolly and her husband of 50 years, Carl Dean, are renewing their vows to celebrate their milestone anniversary.
We’re going to get married again!” she told People. “I’ll have a beautiful wedding dress, ’cause I didn’t have a big, long wedding dress when we got married and we’ve got a suit for him, so we’re going to dress up and take a bunch of pictures.”
Even more surprising, Dolly has gotten her extremely private husband to agree to take lots of pictures so she can sell them and donate proceeds to her charity, Imagination Library.

The big question this week is will Marvell Trump Donald? In what seems to be a very tight race no one seems to want to stick their neck out or even take a guess. It is a well-known fact that America just loves Donald Trump, yet many also know that Tampa is behind James Marvell 100%, so it’s practically impossible to predict at this point who will have the biggest win in their quest to be in the number one position or as some would say ‘King of the Hill’, “Top Of The Charts”, King Of The Castle” or even “Leader Of The Free World” if there is still something like that.
We asked Hillary what she thought and she was very clear when she said, “What Difference at this point does It Make” Yet most people want to know the answer to that, and she just answered it with a question of her own. It was a very disappointing response, and looking around the room, you could see the look on everyone’s face at that point, it was not one of those “Good Looks”.
So what do these Winners have in common?
The answer to that question in the hearts of the American people is really very simple and easy to answer,” They both Love the city of Tampa“. Watch the video and keep Voting for SAL & MARVELL and TRUMP even if they’re at #1. Rumors are going around one of them may have a ‘Song Of The Year’ at Music Tampa Bay!

You are working out religiously, concentrating on exercise for your belly. So why are you still plagued by a roll of fat around your midsection? The answer probably doesn’t lie within your exercise routine. Chances are the problem is your blood sugar. The reason is simple. When you consume refined sugar and the carbohydrates that quickly convert to sugar, your blood sugar levels shoot up. But just as it rises, blood sugar is bound to come down. Your pancreas releases insulin to help process the sugar. However, insulin sends a signal to your body to store belly fat. Sugary food not only affects insulin, it also impacts your adrenal glands and stress hormones. This leads to more weight gain and the spare tire around your middle continues to expand. Studies have demonstrated that exposure to cortisol (the stress hormone) correlates to more belly fat in women.
1. Eat a healthy, balanced breakfast.
Your first meal of the day should include complex carbohydrates, protein and good fats. A good breakfast helps you feel full, and gives your body nutrients that will be slowly released throughout the day. I keeps your blood sugar stable.
To trim your belly, plan a low-glycemic meal to balance your blood sugar. Some examples might be poached eggs on a bed of steamed spinach or other greens, or a protein-fueled smoothie with fruit, greens, avocado, almond milk, protein powder, and hemp or flax seeds.
2. Keep your blood sugar regulated with smart snacks.
Whether you work in an office or you spend your day at home, snacks are a constant source of temptation. Baked goods, candy bars, and sugary lattes will cause your blood sugar to spike, then drop.
Here are healthy snacks to try:
An apple spread with nut butter
A mug of miso soup sprinkled with hemp seeds
Gluten-free whole-grain crackers with guacamole, hummus, or salsa
3. Practice meditation.
Exercise is important, and diet helps control your blood sugar. But both these methods are improved when you support them with mindful meditation. Research shows meditation reduces stress hormones, one of the main causes of belly fat. It also improves your sleep, lowers your blood pressure, and boosts your immune system.
Integrate these three strategies into your life, and watch your belly fat shrink away.
The Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful and costly tombs ever built and there’s a legend that surrounds it. When the favorite wife of Indian ruler Shah Jahan died, he ordered it to be built as a memorial to her. He placed her coffin in the middle of a parcel of land, and construction literally began around it. But several years into the venture, his grief for his wife gave way to his passion for the project. One day while he was surveying the site, he reportedly stumbled over a wooden box and had it thrown out. It was months before he realized it was his wife’s coffin. The original purpose for the memorial got lost in the details of construction! There’s a lesson here: it’s called ‘misplaced values’. If you’re a husband and a father, your wife and children probably appreciate the things you work to provide. But do you know what they really want? You! Your time. Your attention. Your affection! J. Paul Getty was one of the world’s richest men, yet he failed miserably with his own family. He wrote: ‘I’ve never been given to envy, save for the envy I feel toward those people who have the ability to make a marriage work and endure happily. It’s an art I’ve never been able to master.’ So in your quest to build your Taj Mahal, try to remember the purpose for which you are building it. ‘Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband.’
Prayer Heavenly Father,
help me to place my family ahead of many of the other things in my life I spend time with
to give them the place they deserve and for me to be refreshed and renewed by them.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen
