Country Stars Sign Up for Massive Kris Kristofferson Tribute
Some of country’s brightest stars have signed up to pay tribute to iconic singer/songwriter Kris Kristofferson in arena-filling fashion.
On March 16 in Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Ryan Bingham, Rosanne Cash, Eric Church, Emmylou Harris, Jamey Johnson, Willie Nelson, Darius Rucker, Trisha Yearwood and more will all show their love for the country Hall-of-Famer during a concert special called The Life and Songs of Kris Kristofferson.
The filmed special will feature 79-year-old Kris and his guests performing some of his most enduring hits, including “Sunday Morning Coming Down,” “Me & Bobby McGee” and “Help Me Make It Through the Night” for one night only. More guests are expected to be announced soon, and tickets for the event go on sale Saturday (Jan. 23) at 11 a.m. ET.
