Feel like letting go of your old digs? Come a little closer to happiness in country superstar Dierks Bentley’s $1.7 million home in Nashville. The Grammy-nominated and CMA award-winning singer has racked up 13 No. 1 singles in his 12-year career, including “What Was I Thinkin’,” “Every Mile a Memory,” and “Sideways.” With his Whiskey Row bar set to open in Las Vegas next July, might Bentley be fleeing Music City for Sin City? Built in 1930, his four-bedroom, 4,428-square-foot home sits on two-thirds of an acre. It has a gorgeously manicured lawn dividing the main home from the guesthouse.
“It’s an urban oasis,” says listing agent Barbara Moutenot. It’s only minutes from downtown Nashville, but “it’s super private.”
The interior combines elegant neutrals with dark accents, like the hardwood floor that runs through the living and dining spaces.
The centerpiece steel staircase adds a loft like flavor to the country-luxe abode.
And while the main home is lovely, we’d understand if you felt tempted to sleep in the guesthouse instead—or make it your studio or office.
With a steeple ceiling, it’s the perfect monument to the glories of the country.

Problems that cause you pain can ultimately increase your hope. However, this doesn’t happen automatically. You have to cooperate with My Spirit as He guides you through times of suffering.
Perseverance is a rare commodity in this day and age. Most people look for and long for a quick fix. But lingering adversity-accepted with trust and confidence in Me-develops Christlike character. This prepares you for an eternity of problem-free living with Me. Your changed character will bless you and others in this world also, because I crafted you in My own image-to be like Me.
The more you become like Me, the more you can experience hope. Your transformed character convinces you that you do indeed belong to Me. This helps you cope with the problems you face, trusting that you and I together can handle them. And the wondrous hope of heaven shines on you daily, strengthening and encouraging you.
We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. -Romans 5:3-5
If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide in you forever-the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. -John 14:15-17 nkjv
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. -Philippians 4:13 nkjv”
