International Independent Superstar Wayne Jacobs a 54 years old Erith civil servant from Kent in the United Kingdom has just found out that he has been nominated for three Country Music Awards, the UK Country Artist Of The Year, Listeners’ Club Song Award, and UK Male Country Singer Of The Year.
Wayne latest song written and sung by himself may have played a huge role in these nomination as it is a brilliant tribute song to Ground Zero 9/11 called “May We Never Forget” which has also just reached the finals of the UK CountryRadio National Music competition. He got the idea for the song from a plague on the wall at ground zero in New York, the plaque reads “May We Never Forget those who fell and those that carry on”. The curator of the Museum has given Wayne permission to upload “May We Never Forget” to their site which is a great honor for Wayne.
