We Won’t See Mitt Romney Battling In A Presidential Race In 2016,
But it Looks he will be going up against Evander Holyfield in a Boxing Ring in the near Future.
Romney will fight the former heavyweight champ at a charity event in Salt Lake City May 15. The 2012 presidential nominee told The Salt Lake Tribune, “It will either be a very short fight, or I will be knocked unconscious. It won’t be much of a fight. We’ll both suit up and get in the ring and spar around a little bit.”
The event will raise money for CharityVision, a group that provides healthcare to people with vision problems in impoverished areas around the globe. Romney and his family have been involved with the group for a while now. Last year, they traveled to Peru with the group to help diagnose and treat eye problems. The Salt Lake Tribune is getting credit for breaking the story Monday, but it actually broke three days earlier when the champ went on Fox Business Friday.
“What’s this about a fight with Mitt Romney? It’s not real,” said host Stuart Varney
“I just got to talk Mitt into showing up,” replied Holyfield. “You aren’t going to hit him are you?” …”I just want him to stop hiding because he’s going to get the whooping.” There will be two other fights at the charity event which will feature boxing professionals, because the Holyfield-Romney fight probably won’t last very long.
We are not sure if this could be true or not
As we certainly cannot confirm a statement made by Hillary Clinton,
but we found this on the social network and we quote,
“Nillary who do you think will wing this flight Nomney or Invader?
the a few seconds later she said
As we said none of this can be confirmed.
We don’t believe it either

Prior to coming to Cincinnati, Scott, the 2002 Marconi Award Large Market Personality of the Year Winner, broadcast on WKBW, in Buffalo, New York. DON SUNDEEN [DJ/Hi Records promotion/TV ad production] (Dallas, TX) Subject: ‘Pipeline’ guitarist, Brian Carman of the Chantays, dies at 69. Great radio record back in the day, coming out of a boring news break, weather or spots; the distinctive guitar riff by Brian Carmen jumped right out of the radio and said, “Wake up, We’re Rocking Again.” They were very much a part of the California Surf scene and toured nationally behind their hit, “Pipeline.” There’s a video clip of the band here performing on of all places, the Lawrence Welk Show. How that happened is hard to say, but maybe Larry had a piece of the record. Anyway, it’s really primitive, they’re dressed in Beatle-like suits, and young Brian makes a speech like at the at school assembly, but the music is still there and it really resonates even today. We’ll have pieces like this soon when my blog called “TheDonRocks” is launched.

BILL CHERRY [Realtor, in late 1950s Music ’til Dawn host on WWL-870] (Dallas, TX) Subject: Your bio. Jim, it’s the scariest part of radio, isn’t it? When I did the American Airlines program in New Orleans, I was in a furniture store window across from the Monteleon Hotel for 4 hours a night. That was especially weird because the stalkers not only knew what I looked like, but could be inches away from me when I came to work and walked out to go home. And, of course, I didn’t know if they were there or not. I did get a court restraining order on one of them. The telephone company was able to figure out the number she was using, and determine it was she. Bill

The Grand Ole Opry is kicking off a nine-month celebration of nine decades of great country music Tuesday, March 24.
Among those scheduled to appear on two shows are Opry members Brad Paisley, Del McCoury Band, and Old Crow Medicine Show, as well as special guests including Asleep at the Wheel.
During the evening artists appearing are slated to share stories behind some of the seminal instruments and artifacts over the course of the Opry’s 90-year history. Afterwards, the artifacts will comprise a portion of an Opry House backstage display running throughout the 90th celebration and marking each of the Opry’s nine decades. Such artifacts include the fiddle played by Uncle Jimmy Thompson on the very first broadcast of what would become the Grand Ole Opry, the steamboat whistle used by Opry founder George D. Hay to introduce countless Opry broadcasts, and a guitar used by Opry great Little Jimmy Dickens, who passed away at the dawn of the Opry’s 90th year. The display will also feature items from the collections of more recent Opry inductees including Paisley, Darius Rucker, and Josh Turner.
The Opry will be swinging into its 90th, as also during the night’s shows Grammy-winners Asleep at the Wheel will be joined by other performers for special live performances reprising their recorded performances on the new album Still the King: Celebrating the Music of Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys. Lauded by numerous critics as one of the year’s best releases, the album, says The New York Times, “pays the fondest of tributes to the man justly billed, from the 1930s on, as the King of Western Swing.”
Throughout the night’s two shows, the Opry will also announce plans for the nine-month 90thcelebration, already set to include Opry appearances by Florida Georgia Line, Charlie Daniels Band, Oak Ridge Boys, Racal Flatts, Reba, and more.

“Use your smile to change the world but Don’t let the world change your smile!”
I am God your Savior. I guide you and teach you, so put your hope in Me all day long. I guide you according to My truth, and I teach you important lessons as you follow the path I’ve prepared for you. Because I am both your Savior and your God, I’m able to help you with the obstacles you will encounter. Your difficulties can even be blessings when they draw you into deeper dependence on Me.
It is important to have your hope in Me all day long. It’s easy to be confident and trusting sometimes-when you are well rested and things are going smoothly. However, when things get hectic or unpleasant, you often forget the object of your hope: Me. Yet this is when you need Me the most! So make it your goal to keep your eyes on Me all day long. You won’t be able to do this perfectly, but it is a worthy goal-one that gives focus to your thoughts. It also helps you enjoy My Presence as you go along the path of Life.
Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. -Psalm 25:5
