This Email Keeps Arriving At Our Outpost Every Day

Christians Needs to take their heads out of the sand and keep them in the wind

I have in the past already published this mail that we received at our Email Outpost. So we decided to publish it again, one more time for the latest 1000 or so people who asked us to publish it this year alone. It is a very disturbing mail yet it seems that to 50% of Americans it is of no importance and probably something that they consider of no importance. Well it is really very important to Christians, so if you are a Christian read this and wake up and take the sunglasses off there is much to see.

In 1892  The Supreme Court determined and declared the United States was indeed a Christian Nation

In 1952 President Truman established one day a year as a “National Day of Prayer.”

In 1988 President Reagan designated the First Thursday in May of each year as the National Day of Prayer.

In June 2007 (then) Presidential Candidate Barack Obama declared that the USA “Was no longer a Christian nation.”

This year (2008?) President Obama canceled the 21st annual National Day of Prayer ceremony at the White House under the ruse Of “not wanting to offend anyone”

BUT… on September 25, 2009 from 4 AM until 7 PM, a National Day of Prayer FOR THE MUSLIM RELIGION was Held on Capitol Hill, Beside the White House. There were over 50,000 Muslims in D.C. that day.

I guess it Doesn’t matter if “Christians” Are offended by this event – We obviously Don ‘t count as “anyone” Anymore.

The direction this country is headed should strike fear in the heart of every Christian, especially knowing that the Muslim religion believes that if Christians cannot be converted, they should be annihilated.

This is not a Rumor – Go to the website To confirm this info:

Well there it is hope it helps a little to bring the truth a little closer to all. – Email Outpost

Marty’s Prayer Line for Yesterday Today and Tomorrow

WHISNews21 Prayer Line and thoughts for yesterday, today and tomorrow by Marty Martel

The son of Rev. Billy Graham is asking for prayers for his Dad.  His father has prayed for so many in his lifetime, so please offer up prayers for the Rev. Sr.  Thank you.

photo 7b1e138d-a41c-4e1a-8385-b9f8ea206c3e_zps472939d0.jpgI did go to Penny DeHaven’s visitation and was so happy to see so many of Penny’s friends, music people, artists, and friends in attendance.  She looked as she always has-BEAUTIFUL, and she was resting peaceful as we all talked about our great friendship with her.  The many flowers were beautiful that were sent.

I especially want to say thank you to Jackie Monaghan for her undying friendship with Penny for all of these years.  Jackie was responsible for all of the funeral arrangements, and Christ’s Church was a beautiful place for all of us to say goodbye to Penny.  I know that Jackie was heartbroken at the loss of Penny, but she was always by her side, and Penny knew that she could always depend on Jackie.  My heart goes out to Jackie at this sad time.

I found myself in deep thought and I guess a little depressed that once again I had to say goodbye to another dear friend in our life, but when I looked a Penny I knew that this is where I should be and it did not take me only seconds to realize that she was watching over all of us, and I was not going to disappoint her.

I found the picture that I have included to look at her sweet smile that she gave to all of us along with her great friendship.  If you are not acquainted with Penny, then go to Google and type in her name and read about her career, and you will be amazed at the great success she enjoyed.  We will all miss her so much.

I ask you to remember Jodie Miller in your thoughts and prayers.  Jodie’s husband passed away this past Tuesday night.  They lived in Oklahoma.  Jodie is a great part of our country music industry, and prayers for her and her family at this time will guide them through their hurt and sadness at this time.

Subject: 6099 Urgent Prayer Request – Fr. Barth

Good Afternoon Brothers All

Fr. Barth informed me today that his oldest brother, who is a chief in his community in Nigeria, has been Kidnapped from the family compound.  Five armed men abducted him and took the cell phones of the family members and also his car.  The family has heard no news and has no idea where he is or if he is still alive.  Fr. Barth’s brother is 69 years old and has 5 children.  The family is working with the police to try and find him and secure his safe return.

Please flood the gates of Heaven with prayers for his safe return and for the peace and comfort of the entire Okere family as they deal with this tragedy.

Prayer for the Morning

Blessed are you, O Lord my God, King of the universe, who removes sleep from my eyes,

That I may see the returning light of the your day. I thank you for all that you have done

While I was asleep, watching over me and all your children while we slept unaware,

And I pray that my thoughts and acts this day may show forth my love and thanks

For you and all you have done for me.

Help me through your Holy Spirit, that I may remember what you have taught me

In the Bible and it may show forth in my every deed. Let me not wander into the hands of sin,

Nor into the hands of pride or perversity, nor into the hands of temptation,

Nor into the hands of shame, but steer my inclinations towards goodness and charity

This morning and all the day. In the name of Christ I pray.

GHOSTBUSTER DOCTOR DIES Ghostbusters and Analyze This are two of my favorite movies. Harold Ramis writes and appears in the 1984 hit Ghostbusters. He also writes and directs the 1999 award winning mobster comedy Analyze This. Some of the most beloved and widely quoted comedy classics of the last thirty years include other Ramis works: Caddyshack, National Lampoon’s Animal House, Groundhog Day and Stripes. Harold Ramis who plays the bespectacled sidekick to Bill Murray in Ghostbusters (Dr. Egon Spengler) dies early Monday morning, February 24, 2014 at 69 from complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis. Harold Ramis’ survivors include his wife Erica, sons Julian and Daniel, daughter Violet and two grandchildren.

SCOTT SHANNON’S FREE BIRD LANDS No more suspense! Scott Shannon joins Classic Hits WCBS FM (101.1) NYC for the morning show beginning on Monday, March 3, 2014. Shannon, who retired from Cumulus Hot AC WPLJ FM (95.5) in February 2014 takes over the morning spot currently occupied by Dan Taylor. Taylor eases into the 10am-3pm chair currently held by Ron Parker. Meteorologist Irv [Mr. G] Gikofsky and traffic reporter Joe Nolan join Shannon’s new morning show. CNN CANS PIERS MORGAN On Monday, February 24, 2014 that’s the headline on Throughout America we hear a sigh of relief. This news is almost as good as receiving a big box of chocolates on Valentine’s Day! In its effort to replace Larry King, why does CNN cross an ocean for his replacement? Especially for a Britisher who doesn’t seem to like America very much plus is anti everything that American values. For three years after Piers Morgan takes over for Larry King, his Piers Morgan Live ratings hit new lows to only a fraction of viewers for his competitors at Fox News and MSNBC. That’s one down. We still have three or four more to go. What person on cable TV would you like to see be the next one to depart?

ADIOS ALEC BALDWIN More very interesting headlines from Alec Baldwin says goodbye to public life. I’ve lived this for 30 years, I’m done with it. In a long piece that appears under his byline Sunday night in New York Magazine‘s Vulture blog, the 55 year old Baldwin says that being labeled a “homophobic bigot” in the media after an altercation with a paparazzo in November 2013 was the last straw for him as a celebrity. Does this sound familiar? Alec goes on: I loathe and despise the media in a way I did not think possible. This is the last time I’m going to talk about my personal life in an American publication ever again. Remember when Alec Baldwin reportedly tells a German magazine that he will leave America if George W. Bush is elected president? He never ships out.

TRIVIA ANSWER: Who in their right mind will pay money to watch TV? Who will pay for a bottle of water? Today, Americans pay an average of $90 a month to watch cable TV programs which we cannot live without. Today it is fashionable to carry a plastic bottle of water that we purchase at the local grocery store. In 1965, Charles Dolan builds first urban underground cable television system in the United States called Sterling Manhattan Cable. Time-Life, purchases 20% of Dolan’s company. In summer 1971, Dolan debuts cable-originated television service The Green Channel. Dolan and Time-Life executives rename it Home Box Office. On November 8, 1972 HBO launches. As of August 2013, HBO’s programming is available to approximately 32,445,000 television households.

Rhon’s Inspiration Station In A Spirit Of Affection

Believe it or not, when my wife hands me a list of “HONEY DO”  chores I do them immediately.
It wasn’t always that way.  Early in our marriage she had to trick me into doing these jobs by pretending to be helpless.  I caught her trying to fix a wooden recipe box, using her high-heeled shoe as a hammer.  Both the box and the shoe showed signs of severe trauma.  “Here Iet me do that.  A high heeled shoe is not a hammer!”
One day I came home to find the house dark and Sharon nowhere in sight.  I finally found her in the living room, sprawled out on the floor with the heavy picture lying on her head.  I was actually fooled for a while until she started giggling.  I rehung the picture right away.
Then there was the big, heavy framed picture that hung over the living couch.  It had pulled loose from its anchor.  “Danny, you need to fix that picture or it will fall on one of our guests and hurt someone .” I re hung the picture right away.
In Mid marriage, it occurred to me that these undone chores were some source of great angst to her that she would stoop to such tricks.  I don’t like to see Sharon suffer.  She has enough problems with her bad knee and terrible eyesight.  So I changed my motivation from grudging  duty to a expression of love for her, and that made all the difference.
I’m no hero, just slow to mature.  We both win when Sharon is happy  plus I get a lot of good exercise doing those tasks.
I have since discovered that most of my duties in life can be made easier with love.

Do Christian Rights Not Matter Anymore In America ?

National Council for Freedom and Enterprise

The battleground for religious liberty this week was in Arizona.

With the eyes of the country on her last night, AZ Governor Jan Brewer vetoed a bill that would have protected business owners against lawsuits from customers they declined services to based on their faith.

This issue has been raised primarily by homosexual couples who, indignant at being declined services for their “weddings” by Christian bakers and photographers, sue the businesses — which often costs the business owners thousands in legal fees.

The First Amendment protects religious freedom.

Yet legislation that would have affirmed that protection in Arizona was vetoed, leaving Christian business owners with a choice: provide services that violate their faith, or risk being sued into bankruptcy.

The National Council for Freedom and Enterprise wants your opinion on this hot issue: Should Christians be forced to violate their religious freedom?

Please click here to answer right away.

Court cases in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oregon have raised this question as well, as those verdicts have also come back in favor of strong-arming Christians into providing services that violate their faith.

With anti-religious liberty momentum picking up across the nation, it is only a matter of time until faith is no longer a defense and business owners must provide services to any and everyone that walks through their doors.

The NCFE needs to know that a majority of Americans agree that this is an outrage and that nobody should be forced to violate their faith before we can commit more of our resources to this fight.

That’s why we need you to tell us: Do you stand with religious liberty? , please answer right away.

And after you have answered, please contribute if you can to help NCFE continue to fight to protect the First Amendment.

Thank you for all that you do.

In Freedom and Prosperity,

Eryn B
Political Director

P.S. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer’s veto was a blow to religious liberty.

The National Council for Freedom and Enterprise needs to know: Should Christians be forced to violate their religious freedom?

Please click here to answer this important question.

After you answer the poll, please consider chipping in $10 or more to help NCFE fight to protect our Constitutional rights.

Dear Prayer Warriors, Please pray for the husband of one of our precious Prayer Warriors. Bonnie’s husband, Buddy, is having surgery in the morning, (the 25th),  and because of meds he’s on, Drs. don’t know if they can manage the pain … but Jesus can. Please pray the Lord will ease Buddy’s pain & that he won’t suffer.

For a Cheerful Disposition in All I Do Today

Holy God, who has filled me with the joy of your grace and salvation,

Assist me this day that I may do all things I am called to do without grumbling or disputing.

I call on your Spirit to assist me, that I may be blameless and innocent,

A child of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation.

Let me follow holy Christ and all his saints: Let me shine as a light, a beacon in a world

Where darkness seeks to overcome us in everything and at every moment.

And help me to hold fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ’s return

I may be proud that I did not strive in vain.

I pray this not for my own glory, but in all humility before you, to whom be all glory and honor.

Don, You are in our prayers.  I will forward your message to a couple of prayer lists, and you will have assurance that many will be praying for your GOOD health in the near future.

Hey Folks, I start insulin tonight. I’ve been a Type II diabetic for over 10 years. Been able to control it until 6 – 8 months ago. My blood sugar rose up into the 300 range. We adjusted some of my meds but have been unable to get the numbers to come back down into the safe range. So I met with the lady today, got my instructions on how to give myself a daily shot, and a beginners supply of the things. Once we figure out the proper dose, I’ll get a prescription for monthly supplies. Also, I’ve seen my breathing Doc and he has referred me to ‘Pulmonary Rehab.’ Between the insulin and the rehab I hope to back in better form by spring. I have to admit I’ve not been doing well for some time. Better days are ahead.

What Celebs Like To Wear Between The Sheets

We check out what top celebs like to wear between the sheets – including Hugh Jackman’s costumes from his film sets

by Gavin Cox

A lot of women would like their men to wear boxers, not pyjamas, in bed. That’s according to a recent survey by UK’s Men’s Health magazine.

Which will please all Justin Bieber fans because he recently admitted in an Australian radio programme that’s all he wears between the sheets.

But Australian actor Hugh Jackman’s  wife of 17 years, Deborra-Lee Furness, much prefers her husband to wear his movie outfits in the bedroom.

“She loves the idea of me coming home in costume because it makes her feel like she’s having an affair in a good way,” he says.  Which is why he often wears his clothes from films including X-Men, — in which he played the sexy Wolverine — to impress in the bedroom.

But many men would like their women to wear their favourite football team’s colours rather than a skimpy lingerie set in bed.

That’s what the majority of almost 2,000 men said when they were quizzed by about their favourite female bedtime fashion turn-on.

You would be surprised by what many celebrities often wear between the sheets…

Sandra Bullock usually wears a one-piece, cheetah-printed suit in bed. But she only does it “because it makes my three-year-old son Louis laugh.”

The 49-year-old actress, who is currently single, adopted Louis after divorcing Jesse James in 2010.

“I go to bed wearing this very baggy cheetah outfit because he cannot stop giggling when he sees me in it,” she says.

Whenever she is away from her Nashville home, Dolly Parton likes to sleep in her make-up and with her wig at her bedside.  That is because if she has to evacuate the hotel in an emergency, she will look good.

“If the building is going to catch fire or there is an earthquake, I just can’t imagine having to get out looking awful,” says the 68-year-old singer.

Somebody else who likes to go to bed with her make-up on is Lady Gaga. But that’s not all the 27-year-old eccentric star takes to bed – she admits “even in bed I wear my pearls and high heels.”

pamela anderson01Someone else who likes to go to bed wearing her stilettos is Pamela Anderson, probably best known for her role in the popular American TV series Baywatch.

“It’s my worst habit,” says the 46-year-old Canadian-American actress. “Some people don’t like getting poked.”

Victoria Beckham often goes to bed with gloves and socks on because, she says, it helps to keep her skin looking youthful.

She admits that husband David thinks she is loony, but she has explained why she does it.

“I put really thick foot lotion on with socks before I go to sleep,” she says. “ I also use thick hand cream with gloves at the same time.”

Katie Holmes insists on wearing a face mask in bed, which did not always please former husband Tom Cruise.  She says that her masks are in a little white package that you stick ono your face.

“In the morning it’s reasonably dry and when you pull it off you are hydrated,” she says.  “It helps me to look good in the mornings.”

Back in 1952, the late Marilyn Monroe famously said that all she wore in bed was Chanel No 5.

Towards the end of last year (2013), a previously undiscovered recording revealed what she actually said – and it makes very interesting reading:

“You know, they ask me questions. Just an example: ‘What do you wear to bed? A pyjama top? The bottoms of the pyjamas? A nightgown?’

“So I said, ‘Chanel No. 5’, because it’s the truth… And yet, I don’t want to say ‘nude’. But it’s the truth!”
