New World Trade Center….Amazing.

I can never understand how people can work on these highrise building as walking those planks without even a thought of being on the edge of death all the time.I don’t mind admitting it right here right now, I could never do that, heights are something that some like me are not good friends with. Here is a mail that I found right on top of all my mail, and thought I would share some of the pictures and faces of these brave people who build our skyscrapers worldwide.

Hope you enjoy these awesome pictures. Don’t know how they can work so high up. Working above 1,700 feet in the air…Iron workers install final sections on top of One WTC, May 2013 From on top of One WTC you can see the East River bridges…Brooklyn and Queens.

  1. Amazing accomplishment indeed!!!

As a steel-worker myself, I can attest to the fact that: to be able to function at such extraordinary height takes “nerves of steel and determine willpower” – and to see that my friend and former co-worker, Author Peart, (one-of-six workers in the picture) have contributed to that massive and significant project leaves me with a sense pride.
