Sarel’s Email Outpost: Amazing frozen lemons

Amazing frozen lemons All it is…..Is a Frozen Lemon!

Many professionals in restaurants and eateries are using or consuming the entire lemon and nothing is wasted. How can you use the whole lemon without waste?

Simple.. place the washed lemon in the freezer section of your refrigerator. Once the lemon is frozen, get your grater, and shred the whole lemon (no need to peel it) and sprinkle it on top of your foods.
Sprinkle it to your vegetable salad, ice cream, soup, cereals, noodles, spaghetti sauce, rice, sushi, fish dishes, whisky…. the list is endless.

large_1All of the foods will unexpectedly have a wonderful taste, something that you may have never tasted before. Most likely, you only think of lemon juice and vitamin C. Not anymore.

Now that you’ve learned this lemon secret, you can use lemon even in instant cup noodles.

What’s the major advantage of using the whole lemon other than preventing waste and adding new taste to your dishes?

Well, you see lemon peels contain as much as 5 to 10 times more vitamins than the lemon juice itself. And yes, that’s what you’ve been wasting. But from now on, by following this simple procedure of freezing the whole lemon, then grating it on top of your dishes, you can consume all of those nutrients and get even healthier.

It’s also good that lemon peels are health rejuvenators in eradicating toxic elements in the body.
So place your washed lemon in your freezer, and then grate it on your meal every day. It is a key to make your foods tastier and you get to live healthier and longer!

That’s the lemon secret! Better late than never, right? The surprising benefits of lemon! Lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000 times stronger than chemotherapy.
Why do we not know about that? Because there are laboratories interested in making a synthetic version that will bring them huge profits.

You can now help a friend in need by letting him/her know that lemon juice is beneficial in preventing the disease. Its taste is pleasant and it does not produce the horrific effects of chemotherapy.

img_2271How many people will die while this closely guarded secret is kept, so as not to jeopardize the beneficial multimillionaires large corporations?

As you know, the lemon tree is known for its varieties of lemons and limes.
You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the pulp, juice press, prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc… It is credited with many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect it produces on cysts and tumours.

This plant is a proven remedy against cancers of all types. Some say it is very useful in all variants of cancer. It is considered also as an anti microbial spectrum against bacterial infections and fungi, effective against internal parasites and worms, it regulates blood pressure which is too high and an antidepressant, combats stress and nervous disorders.

The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the largest drug manufacturers in the world, says that after more than 20 laboratory tests since 1970, the extracts revealed that It destroys the malignant cells in 12 cancers, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and pancreas…

The compounds of this tree showed 10,000 times better than the product Adriamycin, a drug normally used chemotherapeutic in the world, slowing the growth of cancer cells.

And what is even more astonishing: this type of therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and it does not affect healthy cells. So, give those lemons a good wash, freeze them and grate them. Your whole body will love you for it!!!!

Gun Control Debate: Don’t Like Em Don’t Buy Em?

Google Picture

Most people would feel that guns keep us safe from the enemy, whoever the enemy may be. Truth is most people are right, a gun in a safe place by a responsible gun owner is the best deterrent against evil. People who use guns to commit evil will commit their evil crimes no matter whether there is gun control or not. Gun control is exactly what it says CONTROL.

Below are a few banners sent in by Barbara Blevins, from emails she has received, for us to ponder upon. These banners could upset you, make you smile or make you wonder if there is more behind gun control than meets the eye.

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal 2Corinthians 4:18

BRUCE ELROD [Cash Box & Record World owner/publisher] (Ridgeway, SC) Subject: American Trilogy. the true history of this song. I had the chance to talk with Mickey Newberry about it and it’s just the way he intended it to be, a new southern anthem. thought I would give you some trivia about this song Mickey Newberry wrote this as a totally southern patriotic song and Elvis (Presley) picked up on it right away. he would never have recorded the song with Julia Howe’s Battle Hymn of the Republic as that song is still not sung in the south, it’s considered an enemy anthem. the chorus part of battle hymn, Julia Howe stole from a southern Methodist camp meeting song that first appeared in 1857, therefore American trilogy is a total southern song and Elvis knew it. TRIVIA ANSWER: White Christmas written by Irving Berlin reminisces about an old-fashioned snow covered Christmas setting. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Bing Crosby’s version of White Christmas is the best-selling single of all time, with estimated sales more than 125 million copies worldwide. In 1942 alone, Crosby’s recording spends eleven weeks on top of the Billboard charts. However, it is not his 1942 recording that American audiences hear endlessly during Christmastime, but rather the re-recording he makes in 1947. The first public performance of the song by Crosby is on his NBC radio show The Kraft Music Hall on Christmas Day, 1941. In 1954, White Christmas gains further popularity in the film released under the same name stars Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney.

Rhon’s Inspiration Station: Not 1 But 2 Pastors

2 GREAT PASTORS to inspire  you…Rhon
“Keeping your Vision in front  of you” Pastor: Joel Osteen
Keep right things in front of  you, such as a bible,  scripture, pictures.  If you want to buy a  house, new job, having a project done, creating something such as a book, song,  painting , dress, sculpture,  Good idea is to put a photo of it on your  refrigerator, or bathroom mirror .  This will encourage you to get  into this, and it just won’t be a dream you have.  It will give  you inspiration and encourage you to follow through.
A Couple dreamed of having  twin babies.  They ordered a small package  from “Huggins” with 2  diapers.  They prayed they would have twins, and this encouraged them every  time they saw the diapers to pray for the twins they wanted, and smiled every  time they looked at the diapers.  The kept the vision  in front of  them.
Move forward with your vision  whether it is having a child, a new job, a trip, your child getting into the  University they have applied for,  and pray…pray…. pray.   Don’t lose your passion .
What you keep in front of  you, you are moving towards you.
Let’ say you have a vision to  start your own business or to be involved in a ministry that will impact the  world…. pray daily for this. God will  super size it !  God has a  bigger plan than you can imagine.  Don’t talk your way  to your self  that it won’t happen .
Sometimes your family will  not be encouragers  , or even your friends.
Listen to God first  always.
Conrad Hilton saw in a  magazine a picture and article about Waldorf Hotel, he had never seen any thing  like it.  He decided that one day he wanted to own it.  He was young,  but he walked around carrying a picture of it.  He could barely pay his  bills, as the world was coming from the BIG DEPRESION…. but  HE had  ambition and gave this dream up to God.  He started working the hardest he  could, put in long hours, saved and saved for 18 years $250,000 and bought the  most famous hotel in the world.

Recognize Your Vulnerability :

1  Corinthians 10:12-13

Some Christians see a fellow believer fall into sin but fail to acknowledge  that they, too, could stumble. That’s dangerous. Satan has them right where he  wants them: deceived by a false sense of confidence. Three enemies are  constantly at work trying to bring us down: the Devil, his world system, and our  own treacherous flesh.

Even though believers have a righteous standing before God, we must each,  like Paul, acknowledge an internal problem: “sin which dwells in me” (Rom.  7:20). Satan takes full advantage of this weakness, luring us with fleshly and  worldly temptations. He stokes our pride so we’ll be blinded to our own  vulnerability to stumbling.

Christians need to be continually on guard. Since ignorance–of the nature of  sin, the strategies of the Enemy, and our own areas of weakness–sets us up for  failure, we cannot afford to be careless in our thinking. Anytime you find  yourself excusing, redefining, or rationalizing sin, you’ve lost your  sensitivity to the Lord. God’s Word must always fill our minds and direct our  steps.

If you’ve drifted from the Lord, turn back to Him by acknowledging your sin  and accepting full responsibility for it. Repentance simply means  changing your mind and going in a different direction–toward God instead of  away from Him.

The next step is harder. Respond with gratitude for the Lord’s chastisement.  Every time believers fall into sin, God lovingly works to bring them back into a  fellowship with Him. His discipline may be painful, but it’s always good because  it brings us to our senses and reconnects us with our  Father.

Thursdays Likileake News Making Bang or bangs?

This Likileake Talks About Bang or bangs?

These are mostly whites who have survived their own Genocide attack

These are mostly whites who have survived their own Genocide attack

Bang or bangs: I don’t know about you but I am sick and tired of hearing about Michelle Obama’s bangs.  Ever since when, does changing a hair style mean that it should be National news coverage?  The constant focus on her hair, who designed her dresses, and when and where she rolls her eyes, is not what I want to know about.

There are news worthy stories going on every minute of the day on a worldwide scale that never get mentioned in the nightly news.  The media will take a video clip and put it in a loop and play it over and over until it gets sickening to watch it.

I have never seen any coverage on all the problems going on in South Africa between the blacks and the whites.  Why is that?  People are being murdered every day in that part of the world and hardly anyone here in the United States even knows about it.  I am not a politician and don’t want to be one but there appears to be a lot of politics going on here.

How can a genocide be going on with innocent people being killed every day and no news coverage about it?  I realize the nightly news has to get a lot of subjects talked about in a very short time period.  I just wish the editors would take a visit over to South Africa and take a look at what is going on over there before they decide if it is or isn’t news worthy.

Travis Tritt And Father’s Day Special This Year

Travistritt01Travis Tritt is marking Father’s Day in a very special way this year.

The singer is releasing a duet with his 15-year-old daughter, Tyler Reese. The pair have re-recorded the Patty Smyth/Don Henley hit ‘Sometimes Love Just Ain’t Enough.’

“We were driving home from a wedding in Florida when the song came up on my iPod,” Tritt tells GAC. “She started singing along in the backseat. When we got home I told my wife that I thought Tyler Reese could really do a great job on this. I know I sound like a biased parent, but she’s got a lot of talent and charisma.”

The proud dad adds, “The recording speaks for itself. She really nailed it.”

Their recording of the hit will be available as a single on June 16, and it’s also featured on Tritt’s upcoming album ‘The Calm After …,’ which he will release via his own Post Oak Recordings on July 9. The new record is an updated release of his 2007 album ‘The Storm,’ whose master tapes recently reverted to Tritt’s ownership.

“I’ve been talking about starting my own record label for five years, and it all hinged on having those masters back in my control,” Travis says. “I feel so humbled and blessed to be where I am right now. My voice has never been stronger, I’m constantly playing and working to become a better guitar player, banjo player, vocalist and songwriter. I am honestly as excited about the creative process and performing now as I was the day I signed my first record deal.”

Rhon’s Thursday Inspiration From Jesus Calling

Messages received by Rhon at the Inspiration Station from “Jesus Calling”

and published here to inspire you on this new day

The world is too much with you, My  child. Your mind leaps from problem to problem to problem, tangling your  thoughts in anxious knots. When you think like that, you leave Me out of your  world-view and your mind becomes darkened. Though I yearn to help, I will not  violate your freedom. I stand silently in the background of your mind, waiting  for you to remember that I am with you.

When you turn from your problems  to My Presence, your load is immediately lighter. Circumstances may not have  changed, but we carry your burdens together. Your compulsion to “fix” everything  gives way to deep, satisfying connection with Me. Together we can handle  whatever this day brings.

“So do not fear, for I am with  you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you;  I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” —Isaiah 41:10

“The Lord your God is with you, he is  mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his  love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” —Zephaniah 3:17

A righteous man may have many  troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them  all. —Psalm  34:19
