This Likileake Sound systems in stores aren’t always clear

.

thumbtacksSound systems in stores aren’t always clear: It seems like the sound system in some stores aren’t always as clear as it should be. There was a young girl first in line at the checkout in a very crowded store.

Anyway the checker asked the girl if she found everything OK and she said no, I couldn’t find the Tampax.

The lady running the cash register said they are on aisle 12, I’ll have someone get you some.

She picked up her speaker phone and asked Mike who works in the back to bring a box of Tampax up to her and he hollered back to her.

“Does she want the kind you hammer in or the kind you push in with your thumb”? Everyone standing in line took a fit of laughing.

The clerk picked up her speaker phone and said she needs Tampax, not thumb tacks!!!  Not all sound systems in stores are clear sounding but this time it was loud and clear.

If you are an Independent Artist and would want your songs featured on one of “Keith Bradford’s Likileakes Radio Shows” you are most welcome to contact him at kmarecords@aol.com This show is broadcast worldwide on various internet radio shows and you could be the featured artist on one of those special shows.

.WHISNews21 Prayer Line and thoughts for Wednesday April 17, By Marty Martel.

image001

Please keep in your thoughts and prayer lines the family of one of the world’s greatest singer/songwriters.

We have lost the great singer/songwriter George Beverly Shea at the age of 104.

His gifts to all music are treasures for all time.

A great man gifted by our Blessed Lord to give to the world his music that has given millions so much pleasure in our lives.

His music will live until time is no more.

.

MAY HIS SOUL REST IN THE PEACEFUL AND LOVING ARMS OF OUR BLESSED SAVIOR.

Most Holy and Adorable Trinity, one God in three Persons,

I firmly believe that You are here present; I adore You with the most profound humility;

I praise You and give You thanks with all my heart for the favors You have bestowed on me.

Your Goodness has brought me safely to the beginning of this day.

Behold, O Lord, I offer You my whole being and in particular all my thoughts, words and actions,

Together with such crosses and contradictions as I may meet within the course of this day.

Give them, O Lord, Your blessing;

May Your divine Love animate them and may they tend

To the greater honor and glory of Your Sovereign Majesty.

Amen.

Cyrus

has constantly been one of country’s most underrated and underappreciated stars. Long after Achy Breaky Heart”, albums like Trail Of Tears and Southern Rain were outstanding, and his acting chops shone brightly through on series like Doc and his daughter Miley’s breakout Disney program. “Hats off to Sandy Friedman and the whole Rogers and Cowan team in Beverly Hills for their excellent work for Billy Ray and dozens of other top clients.” ~ Phil Sweetland (Country Insider)

Lee Greenwood06The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum will unveil a special Lee Greenwood spotlight exhibit on May 10. Lee Greenwood: American Patriot will incorporate costumes and artifacts spanning Greenwood’s 50 years of musical activity. The exhibition will run through April 25, 2014. This year marks the 30th anniversary of “God Bless the USA.”  Composed in 1983, it became a Top Ten country hit in 1984. The tune is one of America’s most popular and recognizable patriotic songs, thanks, in part, to its popularity during the 1991 Persian Gulf War and during the aftermath of the Sept.11, 2001, terrorist attacks on America. For his patriotic songs and his work with the armed forces, including more than 30 USO tours, Greenwood has been honored with the prestigious National Patriot’s Award, presented by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. In Nov. 2008, President George W. Bush appointed Greenwood to a six-year term as a council member on the National Endowment for the Arts.

Seldom does a Country artist from outside the USA recieve such an honor, but on Apr. 22, the stars of Nashville get together to perform a special Tribute Concert for Ireland’s Queen of Country, Philomena Begley, in recognition of her Golden Jubilee 50 years contribution to Country Music. This once-in-a-lifetime event which takes place at The Nashville Nightlife Theatre on Music Valley Drive in Nashville. In October 2012, music lost a good friend and great songwriter when Tim Johnson passed away, leaving behind Megan, his wife of 20 years, and two children, 14-year-old son Jack and  13-year-old daughter Cey.  To recognize Johnson’s contributions, confirm his legacy, and hopefully create a perpetually funding endowment for his family, friends of the writer have organized Honor Thy Song, an event that will showcase the writer’s  unrecorded material. It is set for May 7 at the Ryman Auditorium. Performers include Joey + Rory, Daryle Singletary, Rob Crosby, Marc Beeson, Brett Jones, Joe West, Will Robinson, Jamie Houston, James Dean Hicks, Jimmy Wayne and more. While admission to the concert is free, it will be a ticketed event.  Each person who attends the concert will receive a CD of Johnson performing 15 of his best, unrecorded songs.

A 7-day luxury Country Music Cruise will launch in early 2014 and sail through the Caribbean with an incredible group of superstars and fan favorites onboard including Vince Gill, Kenny Rogers, Larry Gatlin & The Gatlin Brothers, Patty Loveless, Jo Dee Messina, Ronnie Milsap, and Restless Heart with TV personality Lorianne Crook hosting the entire journey. In addition to the headlining concerts, clubs on the ship will host performances by Andy Griggs, Wade Hayes, Ty Herndon, Jamie O’Neal, The Warren Brothers, Bryan White and more. Rhon’s Wednesday Inspiration From Jesus Calling

rhonsdailyinspiration01

Messages received by Rhon at the Inspiration Station from “Jesus Calling”

and published here to inspire you on this new day

MaritzOriginalLetters2013wednesday

When I  give you no special guidance, stay where you are. Concentrate on  doing your everyday tasks in awareness of My Presence with you. The Joy of My  Presence will shine on you, as you do everything for Me. Thus you invite Me into  every aspect of your life. Through collaborating with Me in all things, you  allow My Life to merge with yours. This is the secret not only of joyful living  but also of victorious living. I designed you to depend on Me moment by moment,  recognizing that apart from Me you can do  nothing.Be thankful for quiet days, when nothing  special seems to be happening. Instead of being bored by the lack of action, use  times of routine to seek My Face. Although this is an invisible transaction, it  speaks volumes in spiritual realms. Moreover, you are richly blessed when you  walk trustingly with Me through the routines of your day.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your  heart, as working for the Lord, not for men. —Colossians 3:23

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man  remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do  nothing.” —John  15:5

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his  face always. —Psalm  105:4

May God be with all the victims and their families.

May God be with all the victims and their families.

Some Words Of Wisdom To Help Start Your Day

bees

You Work So Hard To Make The Honey

.

A Lot Of Trouble Would Disappear,  If Only People Would Learn To Talk To One Another, Instead Of Talking About One Another …..

When People Walk Away From You, Let Them Go. Your Destiny Is Never Tied To Anyone Who Leaves You. It Doesn’t Mean They Are Bad People. It Just Means That Their Part In Your Story Is Over.. !

People nowadays are like Bluetooth, If you stay close they stay connected, If you go away they find new devices…

Human Life Would Be Perfect If… Anger Had A STOP Button Mistakes Had A REWIND Button Hard Times Had A FORWARD Button And Good Times A PAUSE Button !!

Always Welcome Your Problems, Because Problems Gives You Dual Advice, Firstly, You Can Know How To Solve Them, Secondly, You Learn How To Avoid Them In Future, Have Faith In GOD And Yourself…!

Reflection Cannot Be Seen In Boiling Water, In The Same Way, Truth Cannot Be Seen In A State Of Anger! Analyze Before You Finalize.

Success Is Like A Beautiful Lover It Will Leave Us At Anytime, But Failure Is Like A Mother It Will Teach Us Some Important Lessons Of Life!

A Good Heart Can Win Many Relationships, A Good Nature Can Win Many Good Hearts!

A TOUCH Could HEAL A Wound An Eye Could SPEAK Volumes A SMILE Can Confirm I AM THERE !!

The Bird Asked The Bumblebee: “You Work So Hard To Make The Honey And Humans Just Take It Away, Doesn’t It Make You Feel Bad?” “No,” Said The Bee, “Because They Will Never Take From Me The Art Of Making It.”

.WHISNews21 Prayer Line and thoughts for Tuesday APRIL 16, By Marty Martel.

Tuesday

F A M I L Y : I ran into a stranger as he passed by, “Oh excuse me please” was my reply. He said, “Please excuse me too; I wasn’t watching for you.” We were very polite, this stranger and I. We went on our way and we said goodbye. But at home a different story is told, How we treat our loved ones, young and old. Later that day, cooking the evening meal, My son stood beside me very still. When I turned, I nearly knocked him down. “Move out of the way,” I said with a frown. He walked away, his little heart broken. I didn’t realize how harshly I’d spoken.

While I lay awake in bed, God’s still small voice came to me and said, “While dealing with a stranger, common courtesy you use, but the family you love, you seem to abuse. Go and look on the kitchen floor, You’ll find some flowers there by the door. Those are the flowers he brought for you. He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.
He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise, you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes.”

By this time, I felt very small, And now my tears began to fall. I quietly went and knelt by his bed; “Wake up, little one, wake up,” I said. “Are these the flowers you picked for me?” He smiled, “I found ’em, out by the tree.
I picked ’em because they’re pretty like you. I knew you’d like ’em, especially the blue..” I said, “Son, I’m very sorry for the way I acted today; I shouldn’t have yelled at you that way.” He said, “Oh, Mom, that’s okay. I love you anyway.”
I said, “Son, I love you too, and I do like the flowers, especially the blue.”

FAMILY Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.
And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than into our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don’t you think? So what is behind the story?

Do you know what the word FAMILY means?

FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU

Family Time is the best time
